易經 Oracle provides digital I Ching readings using the traditional six-toss method, with AI-powered interpretations generated by OpenAI. Our Services are designed for personal reflection, contemplation, and entertainment.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

When you purchase reading credits, you receive an access code that serves as your account identifier. You are responsible for keeping your access code secure. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your credits resulting from your failure to protect your access code.

We do not require registration, passwords, or personal accounts. Your access code is the sole means of accessing your purchased credits.

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Reading credits do not expire.
• Credits are non-transferable, except through the gift feature provided within our Services.
• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our Services, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if a technical issue on our end prevents you from using your purchased credits, please contact us at hello@6tosses.com and we will make it right.

• Gift credits included in bundle purchases may be sent to others via email.
• Gift credits are single-use and may only be redeemed once.
• You may not send gift credits to yourself.
• Gift credits do not expire.
• Once a gift credit has been redeemed by a recipient, it cannot be reversed or reassigned.

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access our Services or circumvent rate limits.
• Attempt to guess, brute-force, or otherwise obtain access codes belonging to other users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of our Services.
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our Services or content without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms.

Reading interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI) and are provided for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

AI-generated content may vary in quality and accuracy. We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or usefulness of any interpretation. You should not rely on AI-generated readings as a basis for making important life decisions.

All content, design, code, and branding associated with 易經 Oracle are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Services without our written permission. The I Ching hexagram texts and traditional interpretations are in the public domain.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of our Services is at your own risk.
